NKS project parties

Swedish Hospital Partners is responsible for running hard and soft facilities service at the hospital through their subcontractor Coor Service Management. Hard service include all technical systems such as ventilation, heating and cooling electrical supply including emergency supply. Soft services include services such as cleaning, catering, logistics, reception, and laundry.

SHP has two subcontractors, Skanska Healthcare AB (SHC) and Coor Service Management AB (Coor). SHC is responsible for the design and construction of the hospital. Coor Service Management is responsible for operation and maintenance.
